FAQsHow do I upload photos to my profile?
1. Click on "Upload Photo" on the right hand menu of the screen. (If you are in the search menu, click on "Home" in the main menu first).
2. Click on one of the empty blue frames.
3. Click on the "Choose File" button and choose the directory in which you have a copy of your photo.
4. Click on Upload.
How do I change the photo that other's see when they see my profile?
Go to "Upload Photo" and click on the photo you want (assuming you have uploaded some pictures). The photo you click on will get slightly enlarged and displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen. It is not activated as your main photo until you click on "Thumbnail". The picture on the right edge of the screen will change according to your choice. This is the picture that will be visible to everyone that views your profile.
How do I contact other members?
In order to contact other members, you need to upgrade your membership to "Gold." Once you have Gold membership you can write a message to anybody's profile. The people you contact will be able to reply to you, even if they do not have Gold membership.
How do I upgrade to Gold membership?
Log into your account and go to "Subscribe" on the main menu. You will be taken to the signup screen, where you can choose different payment options.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay with paypal or Master, Visa, Discover or American Express cards.
I don't have a paypal account, but the payment options only list paypal
Simply choose "paypal" from the payment options menu and then click on checkout. The credit card payment option will be given on the next screen.
How often will I be billed?
All payments are recurring payments, which means you will be billed every billing period (every 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months, depending on which plan you chose) until you terminate your subscription.
How do I unregister my profile?"
Simply log in and go to "edit profile". The unregister button is at the bottom of that page.
How do I cancel my gold membership subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply send a cancelation request to support@findyourspouseonline.com. Make sure this cancelation request is sent before your next payment is due to avoid unwanted expenses.
